HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! The Black Shopping Channel ripped me off. I "bought" a pair of shoes and they took almost two weeks to process my order just to tell me they were out of stock. Then they promised a refund and never sent it. I tried contacting them repeatedly and mostly received their voicemail. When I did catch an actual person to speak to, several times I was told they would send a refund but after two months I never received anything. I will be reporting their business to the FTC and Better Business Bureau and I have to go through the inconvenience of contacting my bank to remove the charge. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere online...somewhere reputable where you know you will actually receive your product and quality service.
