I wasn't there and did not see how the officer handled the professor but surely he should have checked into it farther before the arrest. The officer was totally ignorant to not just hold him for a moment while checking to find out whether he was the owner of the home or not. I am sorry to say, but Obama was right about the officer being stupid and it sounds like racial profiling to me. In fact, this officer was white and I am also white and it is people like him who keep initiating the behaviors of the minorities with the white population.
