Scenario: What if 'mothership' is actually 'celestial tug' responsible for towing moon into Earth-orbit some 1.5 billion years ago? 'City', tug, scoutship with ETs, would not be witness to a crash, a war, or celestial 'beaching', but part of monument to colossal cosmic achievement of antiquity. 2 female ET scoutship pilots envisioned as clones left in stasis i.e. with no loss of life as such. Gender may be symbolic of ET mission of fecundity: i.e. to 'install' orbiting moon, thereby creating ideal conditions for emergence of (intelligent) life on Earth. Site, then, conceived as calling-card to intended, hoped-for, future mankind by a spacefaring creator race that could by now be extinct themselves!

Undoubtedly one of the predictions from Retiredafb became a fact during the yrs. 2008-2009: the huge increase in UFO's sightings all around the world. Militaries from every nation are very concerned upon this fact. If it really happens to be true these UFO's are not manmade artifacts then we must prepare to face a new reality. It seems we are being called to take part on some kind of galactic community or something similar... How is this world going to face this new reality?!

and as a matter fact - in spite of he does not point Apollo 19 and 20 - if you listen carefully his speech during the debate in Barcelona, he says more: he has hesitated to speak out about it, because of the "sensitivity of this subject"; he tells to the public that USA has "A SEPARATE SPACE PROGRAM", and he mentions not only the black budget for the DoD, but some launches in the last (over) 30 years from a variety of different places in USA; the U.S. Military have been launching from Vandenberg, from Area 51 in Nevada, from Utah, from Pacific Islands (Kwajalein Atoll)

It is an outstanding tv transmission (I guess) - of course thanks to a satellite orbiting the moon, because it would have been transmitted from the dark side, and taken aboard the LRV, used to reach the mothership; the comment made by Apollo 19 Commander ("No audio because encrypted and transmitted separately"), whose nickname is
"moonwalker1966delta", is coherent with previous information disclosed to me by William Rutledge. Check the final part of my report

Former USAF U.S. Sgt. Karl Wolfe, a Disclosure Project witness, describes photos, documents of extraterrestrial bases on the dark side of the moon that he witnessed at the NSA (National Security Agency), in the 1960s. One report states that “Sgt Wolfe was working with Tactical Air Command at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia in 1965. There, he was assigned to the lunar orbital project with the National Security Agency where he met an airman who confided in him that they had discovered bases in the far side of the moon.”
Sgt Wolfe’s Disclosure Project testimony, in which he states that he is willing to testify under oath before the U.S. Congress, can be seen in the video below.
One account states, “The airman told him (Wolfe) that all of the NASA photographs were sent to Langley, where they were enhanced, and eventually made into photographs to be sent to and studied by the different branches of the military. He was also told why security was of the utmost importance at the lab on this particular day-recent enhanced imagery had clearly shown structures on the far side of the Moon. These structures were definitely not created by natural forces-they were made by intelligent beings.
“’We discovered,’ the airman said, ‘a base on the back side of the Moon.’
Wolfe was in no way prepared for what he had just been told. When he airman saw Wolfe nearly shaking in disbelief, he reiterated:
“’Yes, a base on the dark side of the Moon.’

WASHINGTON, DC - A noted scientist has just produced proof that the lunar surface was inhabited by intelligent life: a 10-inch angel sculpture embedded in a moon rock.
Geologist Dr. Morris Charles revealed last week that NASA lab workers chipped the angel from one of the rocks brought to Earth by Apollo 11 astronauts 40 years ago, in 1969. Dr. Charles was a NASA scientist himself for 23 years but left the agency in 1987. He still maintains close ties to many of his former colleagues.
“The implications of this figurine are absolutely mind-boggling,” Dr. Charles told reporters. “It means that at one time the moon had an atmosphere conducive to life. And what’s more, it was once home to a sophisticated race of people with a highly refined sense of beauty.”
The angel - a humanoid female with wing-like appendages on her back and long flowing hair - is made of an iron compound found exclusively in the highlands of the moon.
This rules out the possibility that it was dropped by a race of aliens from another planet. It’s been hand polished to a silvery metallic sheen. Based on chemical analysis of the metal, geologists estimate the sculpture to be 200,000 years old which means it was made 170,000 years before the human species appeared on Earth.
