Saint Servatius Bridge in Maastricht

The busy pedestrian St Servatius Bridge is the oldest surviving bridge in the Netherlands. It is named after Saint Servatius, the first bishop of Maastricht who died in 384 and whose remains are to be found in the Basilica of Saint Servatius on the Vrijthof.
