Wineass 72: 2005 Cycles Gladiator Pinot Noir

Grapedonk heartily approved of the label on this wine. “Naked broads with long flowing hair . . . nice!” And on a bicycle, even better. Grapedonk shows off his vintage 70’s NOS Champion. The wine smelled promising, but it had a weird corroded copper-pipe aftertaste when it was first opened. After 20 minutes, though, it shaped up nicely. If you like lighter reds, this Pinot is a good choice—though a little pricey.
