Here we have one of those neighbours from hell who think they can do anything, as this jerk does. Already being warned earlier in the year about lighting backyard fires, he does it again to the annoyance of neighbours. He likes to light fires in his incinerator which he calls a BBQ if he throws wood on to burn (yes, you read that right).. BUT, and that's a big BUT, he is also breaking the rules of the Clean Air Act and lying to the New South Wales Fire Brigade about permission from Wollongong Council in being able to have a wood burning BBQ, here at Stanwell Tops, New South Wales, Australia as this little film tells you....
