Sherrod and Hadyn, UAB leadership coordinators, discuss their "social change" retreat and working with students in a university setting. The 80 students and staff spent three days at ASCCA. Groups often use the facility for retreats and conferences in what we refer to as a "reverse-mainstreaming" environment.
