The skater is leigh girl from www.FacePaint.ws and this was after a year of artistic skate dancing lessons. This was in Houston Texas at the rink they held the Olympic Regionals in 2002 for quad olympic skaters. This is a fun clip to watch because you can tell she forgot her routine and faked it from the start. Grin. Was kind of funny but, not at the time. grin.
