Salt Cay is a little known destination in the Turks and Caicos. It is located just south of Grand Turk, close to the Silver Bank Marine Sanctuary off the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. It also sits on the edge of the 7000 foot Columbus Passage so the diving is grand. This episode, prepared by David Cuoio, provides an excellent introduction to the island and the diving there.
