Pan loves when one of the ingredients in the recipe is Beer! This is an old stand-by recipe that Pan makes when he's missing the Midwest. LA folks just don't eat handfuls of melted cheese...too bad for those skinny weasels...you can hook the Pan up to an IV Bag of cheese (and beer) any day of the week.
