War of the Dead: Z.E.R.O. (Online Zombie Series) This is the 12 minute teaser episode, half the length of the full pilot that will be released soon. The Z.E.R.O. series takes place during the Third Age of The War of the Dead. It is a brief glimpse of the infancy of The War, when the living were still unsure what to do -- and unable to imagine the carnage yet to come. As zombie outbreaks became more commonplace, the international community cried out for an answer to the menace. The United States was the first to come up with a solution. Highly qualified agents from multiple government divisions were hand-picked to form Zombie Emergency Response Operations (Z.E.R.O.) The duty of this new agency was and is to protect the citizens of the U.S. against the zombie menace. They are the first line of defense against the undead -- and the only military units specifically designed and trained to dispose of them.
