In most developing countries the fight against HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases historically has been extremely difficult to manage simply because the vast majority of healthcare workers in these countries are too inexperienced and poorly equipped to handle this monumental challenge. Enter the International Center For Equal Healthcare Access, an organization that sends highly qualified, extensively trained healthcare professionals directly into countries with evolving HIV epidemics to provide clinical mentoring or coaching to local healthcare workers in the very hospitals and clinics where they serve.
