Hawaii Honu Fish & Corals

When you are on the Big Island, Hawaii, make sure to visit the "City of Refuge" on the Kona side of the island. There you find the most spectacular underwater world that Hawaii has to offer (at least as far as I am concerned). Many turtles ("Honu" in Hawaiian) hanging around the coral blocks. This was a test shoot with new gear in 1999 before filming manta rays at night for the first time.
