INFAMOUS Marijuana GUNSHOT ADVERTISEMENT HARMLESS?

They spent our tax dollars on this advertisement-which has now been surpassed in stupidity by the Dog Talking Ad (see my other videos), but still, what a waste of money. The Office of National Drug Control Policy should be ashamed of themselves. Their Ad Campaigns these last two years have been ridiculous. Raises an important question, though Which ad is funnier-the gunshot ad, the dog talking, or the old school "this is your brain on drugs" Ad. I'm voting Dog Talking.
