Emotion expressed through imagery. The Experimental Short “You” is composed of television static which I manipulated using color correction tools, a short four line poem that serves as the narrative, and footage of the moon. I wanted to make something visually beautiful that would evoke different feelings from the viewing audience. The film was greatly influenced by the work of Stan Brahkage.
