um have you applied for SSI? She should be eligible...at minimum you should look into hiring a speech therapist and an OT even if they come once a month she will benefit. Read as much as you can on how to help her, which I'm sure you do already! My son has Autism and didn't speak till he was 3 and now he's almost 4 and talks at about a two year old level! I am amazed by his progress! Also you may check into other states' programs waiting lists you might need to move for awhile to help her. Therapy before 5 in imperative. I am currently in school to be an OT!
