University of Pennsylvania professor Steve Freeman believes devising a fair election is trivial easy as it has been done in many countries including Germany and Canada. Hand counted paper ballots is the simple answer. Freeman also attacks John Tanner, Chief of Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division, U.S. Department of Justice for his help in covering up election irregularities.
