Our guide, 'Rubio' takes us on a hike through the Dwarf forest or Elfin forest ( cloud forest) on the ridges of the El Yunque Rainforest in Puerto Rico. One of the more special places on earth. Plants are stunted due to the stress of wind and rain, and this causes an ethereal beauty. Mist usually swirls in and out of this forest, but today is a clear sunny day on top of the world! This is the 'La Roca' trail and the view from the rock is magnificent.
