They explain how they entered the industry and express their views on issues like pay, working hours, pressure, stress and the image cheffing has received through the recent success of TV chefs like Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay. The film offers a local perspective on the work of chefs and features strong characters and innovative visuals.
