A 'Still & Box Alarm' at California and Warren (title on video error). Three people injured, none seriously. An off-duty Chicago Police officer spotted flames coming from this vintage row-house block. He evacuated the fire building before the first fire companies arrived. Smoke detectors were later found to be inoperative.
