The discovery of an impaled corpse near Bogota sets Victor Silampa (Daniel Jimenez Cacho), a hard drinking, chain-smoking journalist and his assistant Emir (Cesar Mora) on a gruesome and mesmerizing journey into Columbia's seamy underbelly.
