Paul,
The 900MHz CPU is running at 630MHz because you are on the battery power. If you plug it in to the AC adapter it will change back to 900MHz, this is a feature of intel CPUs called "speed steping". And is part of the reason why everything is so hideously slow in your video, (the other reason being you left disk compression enabled, as you confessed to over on the forums lol)
That is unbelievable. Does it actually run anything useful well? I'm quite happy with Linux on the one I'm using and wasn't really planning on changing over to XP or Vista, but it would still be interesting to know.

I haven't yet, but I do think it would make an awesome platform for doing so :D
