Zero DUI's for New Year's Eve for the officer & the town.
While Montrose Police Department, reported no DUI arrests on New Year's Eve or Tuesday morning, the Telluride Express shuttle was on hand giving local residents rides home from Smuggler's Brew Pub and Grille.
