Here are another 8 minutes of fun documenting me on hold with OLPC trying to find out if my XO laptop has shipped yet. It was a full hour I was on hold with them, so I had to get creative to keep myself entertained. Watch the fun! And don't worry--they pick up before the end of the video. :) To Revver management: please note that the hold music is part of the event, thus making the use of music someone other than me holds the rights to legal under the concept of "fair use." This is a documentary of a particular event, part of which is being on hold and hearing that music. To cut out the music would make it unrepresentative of what happened. Thanks!
