Moonlanded76... I checked the Internet and there is no link or post of the actual Pennington illustration with the same identical ruins and cathedral, but here are some sites of the book that it is from (pages 24 & 25). Other than this, I can email you scanned images from my copy of the book if you'd like if you can provide an email address that I can send the attchment to.

Hi Eschatus2. I am very keen to get my hands on some scanned pages from the Eschatus book... i have the book in another country but can't get my hands on it.

Well, if that's the case, then the creator of the video should have clearly stated with a caveat that the video is a RECREATION AND DRAMATIZATION using photoshop and scanned images from fictional artwork, and should have identified the artist (Bruce Pennington) who created the orignial artwork and its source (Eschatus [1976]). Because this was not done the intention becomes questionable and is misleading, not forthcoming, and tarnishes the credibility of the video and conveys dishonesty.
The book was released in 1976, the same year as the Apollo 20 mission. Coincidence? No. Refined pre-discrediting.

This is a 80's reconstruction of the City made with other parts of Apollo videos.

Sorry to inform you, but this video is a TOTAL FRAUD. The images of the "cathedral" and "city" are INDENTICAL duplicates from the famous work of British fantasy artist, Bruce Pennington, and can be found on pages 24 and 25 of his 1976 book, "ESCHATUS: Future Prophecies From Nostradamus' Ancient Writings," which I happen to own a copy... published by Dragon's World (A Fireside Book Published by Simon & Schuster, Copyright 1976-1977 by Bruce Pennington). The only difference in this fraud is that the "cathedral" to the left was "flipped" to match the lighting source. Pennington's illustration is entitled: "His Fiendish Holiness" and the ruins of the city are in the right background and the cathedral is in the left background with the lighting source in the center of the composition, but in this FAKED video the city and cathedral were merged together and the cathedral had to be flipped to match the lunar light source emitting from the left side.

This is a reconstruction of the orinal Apollo 20 video made in the 80's, I suppose, by Air Force Space Command.
retiredafb is not the only one who has shocking information on buildings, ruins and cities on the moon. Richard C. Hoagland and Mike Bara have just written a very interesting book named DARK MISSION THE SECRET HISTORY OF NASA. The book contains shocking photos found and saved from NASA
and reveals how NASA has tried their best to cover up all evidence of artificial structures found on the moon by tampering and losing these critical photos.
The next one is my favourite photo found by Hoagland and co and seems to be the same kind of picture of the City (revealing the sharp towers of the City):

For the uninformed this NASA photo shows the ship near Izsak crater. Note that the geometry, proportions, orientation and surroundings exactly match the ship in the vid. Would love to see the footage from inside the ship too.

The real problem with this video is that it was NASA itself which used to produce images using original lunar photos on a kind of 'free-style'. Find an interesting analysis at www dot aulis dot com slash exposing_apollo2.htm. It could be retiredafb to fake it. Or it could be NASA's artists on their own.

Once you learn the truth that NASA is merely the front agency for the PUBLIC and that the Department of Defense has its own space program, you will be able to better research what is and isn't true...
Remember Clementine satellite? That was NOT a NASA probe it was a DoD/NAVY Star Wars test probe that studied the moon for possible high ground defense purposes NASA only ran mission control
