This really is a wonderful film. Ceasar Romeo plays the cad over the top, Niven the straight man with a soft edge and Miss Ellen is adorable and quite the showman herself. If you are already in a good mood it will easily coax some smiles and laughs out of you, if not a couple of gahfaws. Not being too big on musicals myself, there are only a couple of dance numbers ala carte singing and you may come to appreciate them to some extent for what it takes to put them on. All in all, a jaunty lil' number that is straight up fun to watch.
