LOG LINE: A father of two is left behind to cancel his own wedding, find a nanny and re-enter single life, with a selfish, womanizing best man as his only lifeline. SYNOPSIS: Adam Carter is finally getting married after five years of stumbling along through parenthood with Theresa, his neurotic common-law wife who’s oppressive nature is eclipsed only by her vanity. In need of a best man, Adam rekindles his long estranged friendship with Seth, his former punk rock band-mate and alter ego. After a wild bachelorette night Theresa announces she’s been having an affair and then disappears, leaving Adam and the kids behind. Despite Seth's boisterous, sex driven personality, he becomes Adam's only lifeline, and the odd pair team up to shut down the wedding.
