BEWARE!
The poduct may be good. The customer service is horrible! I typed in my name for information on their website and stopped on the next page when they asked for my credit card, I wanted to think it over some more.
However, today I got a call "unknown caller" on the caller ID, stating that they were from Clarity Tinnitus, I was a little short with them, as I had interrupted a call, thinking it was an important call. However they have called repeatedly back and actually hung up on me! The last call I answered "TinnitusClarity2.com", I could hear the call center in the background.
BEWARE...usually bad customer service is a sign of a bad company.
