Featured on the WHITE ROSE COOKING SHOW sponsored by YORKCOUNTYDINING.COM RECIPE: Chocolate Mousse with Drunken Strawberries 4oz semi sweet chocolate chips 1 pint heavy cream (split) Tbsp powder sugar Drunken Berries 1 cup sliced strawberries 2 Tbsp. sugar ¼ cup Mt. Hope Strawberry Wine Procedure: in a double boiler, melt chips over low heat until smooth. Whip heavy cream in mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold half the cream into melted chocolate. Add powder sugar to second half of whipped cream. In bowl add slice strawberries, sugar and Mt. Hope Strawberry wine. Cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Layer in favorite wine glasses, mousse, whipped cream, berries etc. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint.
