Same thing happens with Girls Gone Wild all the time. Girl gets drunk and takes off her top in a public place. Watches herself on camera later. Sues. Loses suit because she was in a public place when the camera was rolling.

It's usually policy for there to be no other recording of police activities other than the recording from the camera in the patrol car.
