Demonstration in Washington DC March 19th as part of the nationwide 5YearsTooMany.org protests against the Rape of Iraq for corporate profits. MARCH OF THE DEAD began at Arlington Cemetery, proceeded through George Washington University (part 1), on to the White House and concluded with arrests at the Capitol (part 2). This protest was created by NYC's ART, Activist Response Team headed by Laurie Arbeiter and others. This video part 1 features a powerful reading by Code Pink's Lori Purdue - "I am a dangerous woman." This is what democracy looks like.
