Children cannot allowed to be on the rampage, and they think no one is on to them. New ways of dealing with bullies must be implemented, and the idea of bullies must be discussed regularly, so potential bullies know they won't be able to hide if they start bullying anyone. Just my opinion :-)

And if you try to do something about it, you are on your own - there is nobody that will help you. The scariest bit of it is - the schools are in on it
