Dr. Thompson focuses on differences in race, age, gender, physical ability, religion, and the issues these variations bring to any venue. Aaron Thompson, Ph.D., is the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and a Professor of Sociology at Eastern Kentucky University. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Kentucky, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Gender and Race Relations. Dr. Thompson is nationally recognized in the areas of educational attainment, human diversity, motivation, and academic success.
