You seem to be using the debugger tool a lot. I'm not saying that it's wrong, but you could use the advance wire tool, which gives you all the inputs and outputs at the appropriate time. (One flaw I found in it is that you can't input x y and z with the advance wire tool). It actually is less advance than the normal wire tool. I would suggest using it.
