The Atomic Fireballs were a collection of musicians, artists, record collectors and swillers of beer. They crafted a sound subterranean in the late 80’s & very early 90’s in the basements, garages and bars of Chicago’s west side. They are (were) Blair Gaunt (vocals), Tom Hughes (guitar), Bob Bucholz (organ, harmonica & tambourine), Grand (guitar), Mike Methe (bass) & Tom Lundeen (drums).
